Your co-ownership share entitles you to occupy your home for up to ten weeks each year. In homes with fewer than five owners, each owner has more than ten weeks. Owners may choose how to divide their time between personal use and rental. Elite has the capabilities and expertise to maximize rental income for unused time. The rental revenue helps cover operating costs, mortgage payments, and enhances the value of your real estate investment.

Since we assemble the ownership group, manage and maintain the property and market and rent the time you are not in residence, ownership is completely headache free.
