Join an existing Elite home.
We have precise criteria we use when selecting homes for our fractional ownership portfolio. From “wow” factors like interior design and amenities to real estate market fundamentals like location and exclusivity, we look for the same things in a vacation or second home that you do.
Fractional ownership with Elite entitles you to occupy your home for up to ten weeks each year. In homes with fewer than five owners, each owner has more than ten weeks. Owners choose how to divide their time between personal use and rental. Rental revenue helps cover your operating costs and mortgage payments, and enhances the value of your real estate investment.

Have Elite fractionalize a home you already own.
Elite can help you simplify the ownership of your existing vacation home. Statistics show that the average annual use for most vacation homes is approximately three weeks. Fractionalizing your property allows you to maintain ownership while monetizing a part of the equity in your dream home, reduce the overhead and worries of ownership and possibly even generate revenue.
Elite will work with you to assemble a small, private ownership group to acquire available shares of your property. We’ll also join you as a partner, managing your property and providing all the owner services expected of an Elite home.
We’re selective about the properties we add to the Elite portfolio, so these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
